Privacy and GDPR

GDPR is a European regulation that will be in force from May 2018. At IAM RoadSmart Solent, we only retain personal information regarding our current membership. This information is obtained when you join IAM RoadSmart Solent, and is retained by our Membership Secretary. The data is used to contact you for subscription reminders, and in case of emergency. The Membership Secretary may be contacted should you wish to have this information removed from our databases (but this in turn will necessitate you resigning from our group).

We also occasionally publish our members’ achievements on the website. If you want your achievements to be kept private and removed from the website, or if you’ve been included in a photograph and want that removed, please contact the Webmaster using the form at the bottom of each page.

We also send out email to inform and remind our members of upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive these emails, or only wish to receive a limited selection, you will have to explicitly manage your preferences. This can be done through MemberMojo. You can change your preferences at any time.

The cookies we use do not provide the website with information about a specific individual visiting the website.

Temporary Cookies
