We are an IAM RoadSmart affiliated road safety group offering advanced motorcycle training in Hampshire, east Dorset, south Wiltshire, the Isle of Wight, and West Sussex.
We have local training teams based in and around The New Forest, Southampton and Eastleigh, Fareham and Gosport, Winchester, Andover and Portsmouth and as far south as the Isle of Wight . Our main aim is to promote safer riding and to equip riders with motorcycling skills for life.
We are a busy club that offers its members a wide range of activities including ride-outs or group events every Sunday throughout the year and a Club Night on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
We offer FREE Assessed Rides at our popular SolentSunday, held on the first Sunday of each month, March to November. You’ll receive some hints and tips from a qualified Observer. Did we mention this was for free?
Whether you ride a sports bike, tourer, cruiser or scooter, Ducati, Honda, Triumph or Harley, you will be made very welcome amongst like-minded bikers.

Out of season? Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a free taster ride.
Then join IAM RoadSmart and quote group Solent 2211.
Once you’ve signed up, ride with the same Observer every time, who will help you through the course.
